MEET THE OWNER

Owner & Head Coach Nyck Romero


Nyck Romero has been a coach for 17 years and has helped develop some of the best athletes on the planet. From professional strongman to MLB players, Nyck has developed a system of programs and coaching to ensure athletes are preventing injury, building explosiveness and developing mental toughness. Nyck owns and operates House of Power, an 8,000 sq. foot facility in Orange County, CA.
